Accepted Events: community events, one time events/classes/programs, special events and charity events. Please refrain from adding continuous events or weekly classes. Same events with multiple days may not be posted every day due to the amount of other events. We’d like to give everyone an opportunity for people to see their events.
This class is a six week session and designed for the beginning student. In the class you will explore breathing techniques, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques. Upon completion of the six weeks we hope that you have the confidence to explore other yoga classes to practice the fundamentals learned in this class.
This class will meet every Wednesday from 7 pm to 8:15 pm for 6 weeks. The cost is $50 for the session. Pre-Registration is required.
