With its growing and thriving business community, comprised of small shops, unique boutiques, delicious eateries, and varied vendors, downtown Greensburg’s Small Business Saturday is sure to be memorable this year! By shopping or dining at small businesses in our community, you’re showing support for the businesses of downtown Greensburg, and ensuring that our small businesses continue to thrive.
This year has been hard on our small businesses, so shop downtown Greensburg on November 28 to support all the wonderful shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars we have!
As always, DGP will be set up at the S PA Ave Parklet with information available of participating businesses along with any deals, sales or specials they are having for Small Business Saturday! Stop by to grab a SBS tote and other swag! (limited quantities available)
American Express founded Small Business Saturday in 2010, giving small businesses and brick-and-mortar stores across the country a special boost and a way to get shoppers’ attentions between Black Friday and Cyber Monday (Small Business Saturday will take place on Saturday Nov. 28 this year).
Small Business Saturday BINGO
As part of the Small Business Saturday the Greensburg Community Development Corporation/Think Greensburg, the GBPA/Shop Greensburg and the Downtown Greensburg Project, have partnered with 20 local businesses to organize a Small Business Saturday BINGO game as a fun way to encourage shoppers to visit our local retailers. This year has been especially hard on our small business owners, so it’s more important than ever to shop small this holiday season.
When a shopper completes a standard BINGO (5 in a row) their name will be placed in a drawing for a chance to win a gift card to a participating business. 20 shoppers will win a gift card valued at $10 – $50. Those who complete a blackout, meaning they fill every square on their BINGO card, will be entered to win the grand prize of a $300 gift card to a participating business of their choice!

HOW TO PLAY
- Whenever you find the Small Business Saturday Holiday Elf at one of the businesses listed on the BINGO card, have the store owner/staff member sign the designated box.
- When you make a purchase at a listed business, be sure to get a signature in any of the spaces marked “Purchased Item Bonus Space”.
- If you complete a standard BINGO (5 in a row) your name will be placed in a drawing for a chance to win a gift card to a participating business. 21 shoppers will win a gift card valued at $10 – $50.
- If you complete a blackout, meaning you fill every square on your BINGO card, you will be entered for a chance to win the grand prize of a $300 gift card to a participating business of your choice, which includes any of the businesses listed on the front of this BINGO card. Completed cards may be dropped off at any of the 21 participating businesses. All participants must include their name, phone number, and mailing address in order for us to contact the winner(s) on December 1st. Good luck!
