Yoga in the Park is Back This Summer 

There are numerous summer yoga opportunities with yoga in the park Greensburg! Did you know that yoga reduces depression, promotes a healthy heart, helps weight loss, increases flexibility, detoxifies the body and much more? Take a look below to learn more about what is being offered and the purpose behind the yoga series mentioned.

Join Red Brick Yoga for its Outdoor Yoga Summer Series every Tuesday from June 5 to August 21. The sessions are from 7:00pm – 8:00pm in St. Clair Park. This summer, Red Brick Yoga has partnered with Elliott Group to fight for a world without Type 1 Diabetes. A portion of the proceeds will go to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).

Looking for another yoga experience? Satya Yoga will also be holding a Yoga Summer Series in Saint Clair Park every Thursday from June 14 to August 16. Children are welcome to join from 5:00pm to 5:45pm and must be accompanied by an adult. This class is constructed for children five or older to have fun, play yoga games and much more. A variety of Yoga and Tai Chi classes will be offered for ages 12 to 112 from 6:00pm to 7:15pm. Satya Yoga has partnered with three local nonprofit organizations; Casa of Westmoreland, Feeding the Spirit and Stage Right. All proceeds will be given to the non-profit of your choice.
