Sound Bath at The Space
Practice Makes Perfect and The Space GBG are teaming up again! Join Gabby for a relaxing Sound Bath as she uses her crystal bowls, Native American flute, Tibetan steel bowls, tuning forks and voice (sometimes drums and bells/wind chimes too). Mini Musicians at Green Beacon Gallery
For little ones who show interest in pursuing a musical instrument, this class not only introduces different instruments to children, but it also teaches very basic theory. Topics include: note identification, musical alphabet, vocabulary and simple rhythm. Classes will utilize music, dance, boomwhackers, miniature working instruments, real instruments, storytelling and games to learn real music theory. Register for the four-week class here. Learn more.
Dynamic Yoga
