Taps & Apps Happy Hour at Sports & Social

Taco Tuesday & Trivia

Creative Perspective with Joe Schildkamp

Be introduced to the fundamentals of designing linear perspective. Through a series of drawing experiences you’ll learn how linear perspective affects the design of still life, figure, landscape, architectural, mechanical and free-form design. A straight edge and triangle ruler is needed for the first class; other materials will be discussed. Class runs for four Tuesdays until April 9 and costs $40. Learn more.

Bring yourself along with any aches or pains starting at 9:30 a.m. Keep up your strength to own up the pickle jar and the flexibility to scratch your own back. Costs $15 per class or $100 for the month. Learn more

WHAT WORKS BEST With Marcy Koynok

Learn to use the principles of design to communicate your idea or concept. You’ll explore using warm/cool colors, aerial perspectives, various brushes and more. This class runs for five Wednesdays until April 3 starting at 10 a.m. Cost is $60 including a $10 model fee. Pay online here. Learn more.

My Smart Hands – Baby Sign Language Class

In our baby sign language classes, you will learn over 100 signs to use with your baby. The recommended age is 3 months and older. Classes are 45 minutes long and are designed as fun and engaging play classes for parents/caregivers and babies. Class runs for 8 weeks, the cost is $150 which includes the manual with materials and a CD with songs and videos you’ll get to take home. The books have pictures of the signs learned along with descriptions for easy reference long after the class is over! Learn more.

Makers Meetup 

Join Hooktastic Designs at The Space for social time with other creatives starting at 6 p.m. Bring any portable project – crochet/knitting, drawing/painting, graphic design on a laptop, adult coloring book, whatever. Wine Down Wednesday
