Luck of the Irish @ LAPELS!

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Lapels! They are hosting a Luck of the Irish event from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be plenty of charming fashions as the 2022 spring collection is unveiled. There will also be specials, food samples and a gift basket drawing. Learn more

Saint Patrick’s Day Party with Pit Take BBQ

St. Patrick’s Day fun at Invisible Man Brewing including: New England IPA beer release; Boilermakers with Drink + Fight Irish Red and Wigle Whiskey; and Pit Take BBQ serving up Irish inspired eats like their smoked wings with a stout glaze, reuben/pastrami sandwiches with chips and Irish nachos. Clay Class Beginner II at Greensburg Art Center

This class picks up where Beginner Clay left off in December. However, new students with prior experience are welcome. $120 for 8 classes; open to the public; free parking. St. Beacon’s Day @ Green Beacon Gallery w/ Cig & Bee, Grant Charney & Sobel’s Obscure Brewing 

You are cordially invited to share in the celebration of the fictional legacy of St. Charlesworth Beacon! As a union electrician and shipmaker in 1634 Utah, he spent most of his free time slightly buzzed experimenting with his mortality and pondering the nature of the universe. Sobel’s Obscure Brewing will be joining to ensure you may buzz just as St. Beacon buzzed in his lifetime. Live musical guests Grant Charney and Cig & Bee will be in house as well. Quilting Workshop with Tina Williams Brewer

Tell your story through the creation of your own story quilt in this workshop led by internationally recognized artist Tina Williams Brewer. You will be led through techniques that utilize a combination of image transfers and layering of materials. Please bring your sewing machine if you like, but these small quilts can also be sewn by hand. The Westmoreland Museum will have a selection of materials on hand, but you are welcome to bring your own. Cost is $50 for members and $60 for non-members. Advance registration is required.
