Qigong Basics + The Tao Yin 5
This session is designed to lead to greater health, happiness and internal balance. Qigong is accessible to everyone and everybody, and can bring positive effects on anxiety, stress, depressive symptoms and overall quality of life. Jazz is back for another season of fan favorites and new acts at The Westmoreland! Image Transfer & Mixed Media Art Afternoon with Rachael Caskey @ Green Beacon Gallery
Rachael will introduce the image transfer process and show some examples she’s created.
