Clay Class – Beginner Wheel Throwing

Beginners will learn to throw on the wheel in these eight classes from February 20 to April 10. You will complete a variety of projects such as plates, bowls, mugs and more. Alignment Series 

Sarah Stevey is so excited to be launching this at The Space! During this series you will learn proper form and alignment for commonly practiced yoga poses; how to properly activate and engage your primary muscle groups; and a discussion on what your EGO form looks like in comparison to PROPER form.
