Monday, August 7

Munchkins, Music and Me!

This class offered by Practice Makes Perfect Music Studio at The Trendy Bunny studio is focused on getting kids ages six months to four years old exposed to music. This class runs in four week increments and costs $20 a week for drop-ins or $50 per month. There are two times this class will be offered – tickets for the 10 a.m. can be purchased here and the 5:15 p.m. can be purchased here. Learn more.

Tuesday, August 8 

Museum Open House

The Greensburg Volunteer Fire Department Museum invites you to its twice-monthly open houses. Cost is free and takes place the second Tuesday of every month from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and the fourth Saturday of every month from 9 a.m. to noon. Learn more.

Yoga at St. Clair Park

Join Red Brick Yoga once again for outdoor yoga this summer. Classes start at 6:30 p.m. and cost $100 for unlimited park yoga or $15 per class. Learn more.

Tuesday Bike Night – Country Night

Don’t miss country night and line dancing with Raquel at Z&M starting at 4 p.m. Special guest will be Total Control Motorcyclist Training Course. The Circle Pit Pizza and Elegant Catering food trucks will be there too. Learn more.

Community Movies at St. Clair Park 

Join the City of Greensburg Parks and Recreation for a movie night at the Robertshaw Amphitheatre starting at 8 p.m. This night’s movie will be Top Gun: Maverick. Some seating is available but bringing a chair or picnic blanket is encouraged. A donation of $5 is requested, but not required. Learn more.

Pop Culture Trivia Night at IMB

Test your knowledge of pop culture and join Invisible Man Brewing for Pop Culture Trivia Night. Kicks off at 7pm. 21+ only.

TGIS – Part Time Cowboys

This group primarily plays solid country music with a modern edge! They have also been known to mix in a little rock and roll; polka; and rhythm and blues. Mini Musicians is a course offered by the Practice Makes Perfect Music Studio at Green Beacon that is specially designed for children between the ages of 4 and 8. The class teaches the musical alphabet, basic note reading and basic rhythms. Students will also have hands-on experience with the piano, string, brass, woodwind and percussion instruments. Students who take this course qualify for a discount on private lessons. Classes will be August 5, 12, 19, and 26 t 2 p.m. Cost of the class is $20/week or $50 for 4 weeks. Learn more.
