Westmoreland Cultural Trust’s Annual Fundraiser is Set to be a Big Party!

The Palace Theatre is set to make a big impact this Saturday with, Party at The Palace,  the Westmoreland Cultural Trust‘s annual winter fundraiser. We were able to get a sneak peek of the set up this week to learn more about the event!

This year changes were made to the fundraiser to bring a diverse experience for each attendee. With ‘5 Parties in One Night’ the Party at the Palace is sure to have a party for everyone.

The night kicks off walking the red carpet to the VIP Exclusive Pre-Party on the time-honored Palace Theatre stage. Live music from EBT Jazz, hors d’oeuvres from exclusive pre-party sponsor, Juniper Grill, Murrysville, champagne and a professional photograph to capture the evening rounds out the exclusive VIP experience. Don’t forget about “Brillance in the Bubbly by Beeghly,” a chance to win a 1-carat diamond by purchasing a $25 ticket, compliments of Beeghly & Company.

After starting the night off with your champagne from the VIP Pre-Party, stop by the Welcome Lobby for a performance from the Stage Right’s Sensations at 7:30pm on the grand staircase. Make sure to take a look at the ‘Crates of Cheer’ and the chance to win $4,000 with the Sweepstakes raffle ticket!

The Megan’s Suite has been transformed into a New York Cocktails and Cabaret Lounge with music and entertainment by Tony and Renata Marino and Courtney Harkins, along with John Noble interpreting Frank Sinatra.

We are really excited for the Whiskey and Cigar Lounge in the S&T Bank Courtyard. Relax at one of the authentic whiskey barrels provided by West Overton Village with a complimentary cigar from Nelson Loguasto Cigar and visit the cash bar for a selection of whiskey.

Head up the grand staircase to the Tuscan Wine & Cheese Lounge in the Mezzanine where chef Rizzi DeFabo (Rizzo’s Malabar Inn) awaits with an array of wine and cheese. Whether you’re drinking red or white, (or both) the Mezzanine will have you feeling like you’ve been transported to an Italian villa.

If you’ve had enough wine, whiskey and cocktails, then the Pints and Pies Pub in the Upper Megan’s Suite is your next stop! Grab a local brew from Four Seasons Brewery, All Saints Brewery or Penn Brewery in the commemorative Party at the Palace pint glass ($6 for the first beer, $3 for refills) and a slice of pizza while Josh Starrett (Supper Break String Band) entertains throughout the night.

We are so excited to attend the Party at the Palace and looking forward to supporting a great institution and the arts in Greensburg! There is still time to join us, so grab a ticket!
