Bike Fit & Training Basics with Tinkey & Shultz
Join Flat Tire Co. Bike Shop, Wellness on the Point, Highland Training coach Mike Schultz and UPMC Cycling Performance Matt Tinkey will approach this presentation with the theme of the “basics”. We will discuss getting your bike to fit and how to improve your cycling performance. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A .The presentation will take place March 11th. TRY athon
Community event sponsored by Somerset Trust Company in conjunction with The Aerobic Center at Lynch Field. This event is designed to bring community members together to participate in group exercise. ALL classes on the evening on March 12, 2020 starting at 4:30pm will be free for all to try. Event schedule is posted. Please bring a towel and bottle of water with you, if you are participating in Aqua class please bring appropriate swimwear. Access to locker room will be available.

Sound Healing and Kirtan
This is an improvised concert of meditative, beauriful music intended to relax and raise your vibration. Come prepared to get comfortable, and be enveloped by the soothing sounds of vocal harmonies, tongue drum, harp and other healing sounds. Westmoreland Coal Heritage Day
Discover Westmoreland County’s coal heritage! Join us for a book talk, a pop-up exhibit of related artifacts and images, and family activities. Crafts, activities, and refreshments will also be available to enjoy. Children’s Saturday Studio: Mythical Monsters
Using various source materials, students will create their own fantastical beasties. We will be using techniques of drawing, collage, and painting for this experience. From October to May, Children’s Saturday Studio classes are offered once a month for children ages 7–10 and are taught by a professional art instructor. Each class features a fun art-related theme. Brewmuda Triangle
You can’t have a St. Patrick’s Day Celebration without beer! Hop on the bus (It’s FREE!) and take the tour around the Brewmuda Triangle located throughout Export, Delmont, and Murrysville! Starting at 12pm, the first bus leaves Helltown, goes to Yellow Bridge, then to Devout, in a constant cycle all day until 8pm! Food Trucks, Live Music, and of course all three breweries’ amazingly crafted brews are all available on one of the biggest party days of the year!

BUTI Yoga
Join Sarah Stevey, 200RYT & Advanced Buti Yoga instructor, for a Sunday morning Buti Yoga class. Buti Yoga is a movement practice that combines primal movements, tribal dance, plyometrics, and power yoga. Using the spiral structure technique, it activates the deep core muscles to strengthen and stabilize the body. The music will be loud, hearts will be pumping, and the vibes will be high!
