Accepted Events: community events, one time events/classes/programs, special events and charity events. Please refrain from adding continuous events or weekly classes. Same events with multiple days may not be posted every day due to the amount of other events. We’d like to give everyone an opportunity for people to see their events.
New to yoga? This 4-week course will explain the basic pose structure, proper alignment, and breathing techniques needed to start your yoga practice. You will learn the most common poses, pose names, and sequences so you will feel comfortable in a group yoga class.
This course will set the foundation for your yoga journey. It is perfect for beginning yoga students or anyone who wants a refresher to kick start their yoga journey again.
