Cookie Decorating with Royal Icing

Learn to decorate cookies using royal icing. Part one includes: planning, mixing the icing, piping/flooding and all wet techniques. Part two includes all dry techniques, stenciling, airbrushing and storage/packaging. Not suitable for under age 14. Fee: $35.00 per part, second part is optional. Supply list will be provided when registered.
