Pop-Up Studio – Upcycled Glass Jars at The Westmoreland Museum of American Art
What do you do with those cute little French yogurt jars after you’ve eaten all the yogurt? You could recycle those tiny glass jars, or upcycle them into a miniature planter, votive candle holder, holiday decoration or anything else you can think of! Come prepared to be creative and leave with three unique projects. $20 members, $25 non-members

Luminaries will line the streets of downtown Greensburg during the 49th annual Luminary Night! This year we are excited to bring the addition of a Tree in the S. PA Ave Parklet, make and take ornaments at three locations to hang on the tree, a Letters to Santa box, photo booth and a bunch more fun activities!
Join accessAbilities, Inc. from 11 AM – 5 PM for its annual poinsettia sale! Proceeds will help children, adults and seniors with disabilities! There will be a variety of sizes and colors available.

Join Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra and Laurel Ballet Performing Company on a magical, musical trip to the land of the Sugarplum Fairy, waltzing snowflakes and enchanted toys for this 25th Anniversary production.
Join us this December 8th for a 45 minute family Singalong this season. We will sing, dance and play through some classic and new holiday music. All family members are welcome. $15 single child/ $20 family rate.
Virtus Institue will be hosting its 4th annual charity power lifting meet starting at 8 AM! They will be partnering with the “Shop With a Cop” organization and will donate 100% of the meets proceeds. Registration deadline is December 3 and will close after the 70 lifter cap is met. Spectator admission is only $5 and children under 12 are free!

Regularly scheduled Council meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7 p.m. All meetings are open to the public and are held in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of the Greensburg City Hall.

The Greensburg College Club will meet on December 13, 2018 at 2 PM (note time change). The meeting will be held in the Laurel Room at the Greensburg Garden and Civic Center, 951 Old Salem Road, Greensburg. The speaker, Louise Sturgess, is with The Pittsburgh History and Landmark Foundation. Her topic is “Incredible Penn Ave.”

Circluar Abstractions Opening + Art on Tap
This month’s Art on Tap is quite special! Experience the exhibition opening for “Circular Abstractions: Bull’s Eye Quilts” which isn’t open to the public until December 15. Tickets are $9 for members and $12 for non-members online, and $10 for members and $15 for non-members at the door.
Family Fun Night – PJs, Cookies, and a Movie
Greensburg YMCA members and Fall 2 Program Participants and their immediate family are invited to join us as we watch the Trolls movie in our gym. Wear your PJ’s and bring your sleeping bag! We will serve cookies and milk. Movie starts promptly at 6:30. We will do Christmas themed crafts between 6 pm and 6:30 pm.
