It’s the most wonderful time of the [foodie’s] year. Greensburg Restaurant Week is back with its semiannual celebration of our area’s culinary spots – for a fraction of the price. It’s the month’s best excuse to treat yo self.

19 of Greensburg’s favorite restaurants take part in creating seasonal prix fixe menus or specials which you can enjoy at a lower price point that usual. Thankfully this event, produced by Think Greensburg!, runs from Monday, January 25th to Sunday, January 31st so you can take advantage of a few (read: all) of the great meal deals thought the week.

The food!

There are some great restaurants in Greensburg and we love to see what they come up with. During restaurant week the majority of participating restaurants create a special menu to showcase. Most of the restaurants participating have created 3-course meals at a discounted rate, between $22-$35. A few locations have specialty priced items that will be offered throughout the week. Check out the menus.

Supporting local restaurants

Everyone knows that right now is an extremely hard time for the restaurant industry. With these businesses at limited capacity it’s been difficult to stay afloat for many. With COVID-19 still in full effect, restaurant owners have developed as many ways for locals to participate as possible. Service options include dining in, to-go orders and curbside pickup.

Find a new favorite

Everyone has favorite dining destinations, and it is easy to get into a groove with the menu and order your go-to favorite meal. So whether you’ve been holding out on trying a restaurant because the dishes are a little pricey or aren’t sure you want to spend your night out trying an cuisine you may end up hating—Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity to give something new a go. So use this as an opportunity to make a reservation at that place you’ve always wanted to dine.

Hellloooo effortless date night

These cold winter nights are a perfect time for a night out (or in) with your significant other, and Greensburg Restaurant Week is making it easy for you to impress! Try a new spot you’ve both been wanting to go to or grab food from a couple of places and get comfy at home!

Takeout or Dine in

Go out or stay in? No brainer. With 19 restaurants participating, you don’t have to worry about what you’re going to cook all week as you can eat at a different restaurant every night of the week for the price of your weekly grocery haul. Once again, Greensburg Restaurant Week menus are available for dine-in or for takeout. So don’t worry about a restaurant being too busy to take your reservation, order it to go then stop at a local brewery for beer or grab a bottle of wine to enjoy!

Support local shops after you dine

The Greensburg Business and Professional Association is encouraging everyone to shop downtown before or after a meal at a participating restaurant during Greensburg Restaurant Week by offering a raffle of a $100 gift card for a downtown business of your choice! All you have to do is dine at a participating restaurant, shop at a participating business, show your restaurant receipt at checkout to get a raffle ticket to win! The raffle will be drawn and announced the afternoon of Tuesday, February 2nd.
