25th Annual Greensburg Community Days

It’s time for the 25th annual Greensburg Community Days festival held Memorial Day Weekend at Lynch Field, running Thursday-Saturday, May 23-25.

With rides, games a variety of tasty foods and a plethora of vendors, there is plenty to see and do for everyone this Memorial Day weekend. When entering the festival by the Aerobic Center at Lynch Field, you’ll pass the Greensburg Fire Department, offering demos, junior firefighter challenges and opportunities for the kids to explore and learn about fire trucks!

Head toward the right side of Lynch past the stage and visit the multiple craft, shopping and art vendors. The Beer Tent, which was added 2 years ago, a fundraiser for Greensburg Engine Co. 6, will be located by Nevin Arena instead of the middle of the field. There will also be wine available for purchase from the Greendance Winery.

After you’ve worked up an appetite visiting the vendors, stop by the LAM Enterprises Penn Premier Carnival where you can grab an all day pass $14 on Thursday and Friday or $17 on Saturday. Hungry? Don’t forget one of the many food options along the Kirk S. Nevin Arena side of Lynch Field.
