Please fill out our Volunteer and Item Donation Form below. We are still waiting on the items we will be needing donations of. The day of the event you will be asked to sign a liability waiver. If you bring a child under the age of 18 a waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian before they can participate. Please email us if you’d like us to send the liability waiver to you.
