Westmoreland Cultural Trust is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to stimulate cultural and economic development in the Westmoreland County region. Westmoreland Cultural Trust acts as a leader in the development and enhancement of the cultural and economic well-being of the Westmoreland County region. They promote the performing arts; they preserve and enhance our region’s assets for the benefit of the community.
