oga is a wonderful way for children to express themselves. Yoga inspires creativity and imagination, and can help children learn to focus and calm themselves. Believe it or not, kids can feel stressed, too! Yoga for kids of any age can help relieve their tension and focus their energy on various tasks. This 1 hour class incorporates games, stretches, breathing techniques, and allows children to explore and play in a nurturing, non-competitive environment.
This 4 Week Session meets every Saturday starting on 9/15/2018 and the cost is $35. Pre-registration is required.
