Tapping is a quick and easy way to re-frame our over-stuffed schedules and ambitious projects for 2020.Tapping combines mindfulness and energy psychology to rewire the brain and to promote mental-emotional freedom. Tapping is a way of acknowledging and accepting ourselves (our freaking busy schedules, our story), turning-off our stress habit (that keeps us stuck) and igniting our positive free & can. We are all under the influence of powerful hormones. Tapping elevates the feel-good hormones and reduces harmful stress hormones. Tapping is act of self-love only you have the power to choose.
