Join Sarah Stevey, Advanced Buti Yoga instructor, for Buti Glow — a special class done under blacklights with glow in the dark body paint. Buti Yoga is a fusion of cardio-intense tribal dance, creative asana, and dynamic movement. Buti helps you melt into movement and tune into your body, while the beats of the music drives the momentum and movements in class. Release your inhibitions during Buti Glow! Doors open at 7PM for tribal body painting // Class is 75 minutes and starts at 745PM. This ensures plenty of time to get painted up and pictures under the blacklights before we sweat with intention. Oh, did we mention there will be glow sticks too?! Be sure to pre-register as this will be sure to sell out! Everything you need is provided for painting, just wear white or neon clothes so you can glow too! Bring your yoga mat, water and a towel.
