Thai Bodywork + Restorative Yoga

Thai Yoga Bodywork and Restore is a chance for you to unwind at Red Brick Yoga. This is done in a small group setting (only five spots) and is performed on a mat. You will enjoy multiple Restorative and Yin yoga postures in between the Thai yoga bodywork sessions. This modality combines acupressure and yoga to create a truly amazing experience.
