Rhythms of Summer – Pratt & Szallar at Greensburg Civic Center

Westmoreland Cultural Trust’s free concert series has returned and is better than ever! Formerly know as Thank Goodness It’s Summer, the refreshed series is now called Rhythms of Summer! Join us for our FREE kickoff country event that will sure have you boot-scootin’ across the lawn with Pratt and Szallar. Food will be available for purchase from ZEUS BBQ and PopWorld Popsicles. SummerSounds Happy Hour

Join The Westmoreland for SummerSounds Happy Hour the first Friday of the Month from June to August. This event is free, however, registered guests can enjoy free, exclusive parking at the Museum’s lots located near St. Clair Park. Starting at 5 p.m., explore the exhibitions, sip on refreshing cocktails and soak in the atmosphere before the concert. Learn more.

Alumni Art Exhibit Gala & Gallery Crawl at Seton Hill University Arts Center

The Alumni Art Exhibit showcases works by alumni across graduation years. Meet the artists and view their works on display in the Jodee Harris and Harlan Galleries at the Exhibit Gala featuring appetizers, beer and wine. Make your way outside to the Art Yard to enjoy food and drinks with a Mexican Street Fair flair; experience a live demonstration of Raku firing, an ancient Japanese technique; and vibe to music. History & Mystery: Stories of Seton Hill

Join host Darren Achtzehn, Director of Sustainability and Outreach, around a campfire to hear accounts of Seton Hill’s history and be intrigued by stories from generations before. As the embers go out and night falls upon campus, embark on a lantern-lit walking journey through the shadows of our historic halls to experience the history and mystery for yourself. Public Tour at The Westmoreland

The docents at The Westmoreland are thrilled to offer engaging tours of the special exhibitions on view in the Cantilever Gallery most Saturdays* at 1pm during each exhibition run. This winter, join them to explore “65 Artists, 65 Years: An Anniversary Exhibition.” These free tours take place from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. No advance registration required. Learn more.
