Stretch & Restore with Healing Sounds
Join Red Brick Yoga for a class of yin yoga, restorative yoga breathwork and meditation. It’s designed to engage a parasympathetic response bringing balance to your mind and an overall embodiment of stillness and peace. This is a floor-based class with no standing postures. Trivia Night at Tapped Brick Oven & Pour House
