Monday, June 24

Stretch & Restore with Healing Sounds 

Join Red Brick Yoga for a class of yin yoga, restorative yoga breathwork and meditation. It’s designed to engage a parasympathetic response bringing balance to your mind and an overall embodiment of stillness and peace. This is a floor-based class with no standing postures. Tuesday, June 25

Trivia Night at Tapped Brick Oven & Pour House

Join Buzz Worthy and Tapped on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month for trivia! Round up a team of one to four people to compete in five rounds of free trivia starting at 7 p.m. There will be prizes and bragging rights for the winning team. Learn more.

Rise & Shine Power Flow 

Join Red Brick Yoga for this summer-time early power flow starting at 6:15 a.m. This is a hybrid class (join via Zoon or in-person). The yoga room will be heated to about 80 degrees. Pre-registration is required at least half an hour before class starts. Learn more.

Trivia Night at Oliver’s Pourhouse

Join Oliver’s Pourhouse every Tuesday for trivia night starting at 7 p.m. Round up a team of up to four people to compete in five rounds of free trivia! There will be prizes and bragging rights for the winning team. Learn more.

Yoga at St. Clair Park

The Other Cinema Presents: Panic Pride Double Feature @ Green Beacon Gallery

Join Green Beacon for a double dose of panic pride films including The Living End (1992) and Frisk (1995). Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the first film starts at 7 p.m. Admission is free, however, donations are graciously accepted. A bathysphere is an old, unpowered submersible used to house divers and observe marine life in its natural habitat in the Days of Olde. Join us as we transform the gallery into a “vibe chamber” and enjoy ambient electronic performances.
