Soul Music for Kids – 4 Week Series

Soul Music is a space for kids to explore music through listening and vocalizing to the frequencies of positive songs. This class can help develop your child’s language, cognitive abilities, emotional, social and physical responses. Join for trivia night every Tuesday starting at 7 p.m. Round up a team of up to four people to compete in five rounds of free trivia. Learn more.

Wednesday, January 15

Jazz Concert: Eric Barchiesi

The Westmoreland’s doors and bar opens at 6 p.m. The concert will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Cost is $20 for members and $25 for non-members. A cash bar and complimentary snacks will be available as well. Purchase tickets here. Learn more.

Fabric Flower Class with Basket Full of Posies

Join Stone Bridge Brewing for this fun class starting at 6:30 p.m. You’ll learn how to make several different fabric flowers then arrange them into a beautiful bouquet. Tickets are presale only. Learn more.

January Drum Circle @ Green Beacon Gallery 

All are invited to join for a night of percussive jams starting at 7 p.m. Bringing instruments is encouraged but not required. All ages and skill levels are welcome. BYOB for drummers 21+. Learn more.

Coffee & Canvas: Snowy Winters Cardinal

Looking for an early morning painting class? Painting with a Twists’ Coffee & Canvas classes are for you. January Family Fun Night

Join the Greensburg YMCA for a Winter Luau Party from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Bring your bathing suit for a dip in the warm pool, jump into a game of indoor “beach” volleyball and enjoy a snack while making crafts. Admission is free for members; For non-members, it is $5 per person or $15 per family. Learn more.

Poetry Night 

12th Octave is hosting a magical evening of words and rhythm starting at 7 p.m. Poetry nights feature talented poets from the community sharing original works in an intimate setting. Get The Led Out at The Palace Theatre

Paint & Sip: Black Light Winter Northern Lights at Painting with a Twist

Do it alone or do it together! Each surface in the set requires the purchase of one seat reservation. In Your Wildest Dreams – Members Exhibition Opening Reception

Greensburg Art Center members will be showcasing their current work starting with an opening reception from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public. The Members Exhibition will run until March 7. Learn more.

Music Bingo at Yellow Bridge

Music Bingo is free to play and starts at 2 p.m. You’ll get a card for each round and instead of letters and numbers, there’s a song listed in each square. If that song is played, mark your card. Get five in a row and you’ve got bingo! Learn more.
