Jackson “Jax” Ramirez is a six-year-old who loves hard, lives happy and leads by example. In October 2021, it was determined Jax has a serious genetic disorder called IPEX. Family Wellness: Friendship & Kindness Workshop

The Space GBG’s workshop includes learning about mindfulness, how to meditate and about mindful movements. Families will discuss how self-care and self-love help us to be kind to ourselves and others. There will be meditating, mindful activities and a mindful craft. This is for children ages 3-12 and their adults. Tickets are $30 per family and it starts at 1p.m. Learn more.
