Monday, August 5

Stretch & Restore with Healing Sounds 

Join Red Brick Yoga for a class of yin yoga, restorative yoga breathwork and meditation. It’s designed to engage a parasympathetic response bringing balance to your mind and an overall embodiment of stillness and peace. This is a floor-based class with no standing postures. Soul Music for Kids at The Space

Soul Music is a space for kids to explore music through listening and vocalizing to the frequencies of positive songs.This class can help develop your child’s language, cognitive abilities, emotional, social and physical responses. It lasts 45 minutes, and is designed for ages 8 and under but all ages are welcome. Cost is $16 with an add special per sibling of $6 (Babies under 1 are free). Learn more.
