Stretch & Restore with Healing Sounds 

Join Red Brick Yoga for a class of yin yoga, restorative yoga breathwork and meditation. It’s designed to engage a parasympathetic response bringing balance to your mind and an overall embodiment of stillness and peace. This is a floor-based class with no standing postures. Yoga at St. Clair Park

July Drum Circle @ Green Beacon Gallery

A bathysphere is a primitive, unpowered submersible used to house divers and observe marine life in its natural habitat in the Days of Olde. Join Green Beacon as they transform the back lot tent into a “vibe chamber” to enjoy ambient electronic performances.
