Monday, October 12

Student Recital-Department of Music

From 4-5pm, enjoy the live streamed performance of a Seton Hill music student! The concert will be streamed on Seton Hill’s School of Visual and Performing Arts YouTube channel. More info.

Windows 10

The Westmoreland YWCA will be hosting another session about Windows 10, which is the latest computer operating system. The class is from 6-9pm. Registration required. More info. 

Socialization Trail Class

Youngwood Top Dog Services is hosting a walking class for dogs just outside of Greensburg on the Five Star Trail’s Trolley Line Access. The class is for dogs that need help with being exposed to strangers, learning to properly walk on a leash, and more. The walk is $10 and 30 minutes long. Registration required. More info.

Biergarten Bingo

Head down to Chef Dato’s Table in Latrobe for bingo night on their outdoor patio at 6pm! Enjoy dinner and 4 rounds of free bingo for a chance to win gift certificates! More info. 

Technology Question & Answer (Q&A)

The Westmoreland YWCA is also hosting a Technology Q&A from 1:30-3pm! Bring all of your questions about your computers, tablets, and more! Registration required.  More info.

Free Yoga in the Park

Satya Yoga hosts free yoga in the park on Tuesdays from 6-7pm! Registration recommended. More info.

Water Media Style with Sue Pollins

The Greensburg Art Center is hosting this painting event from 6-9pm! It is $95 and will be offered for ages 15 and up. There are only 9 students permitted per class, so register early! More info.

QuickBooks

Learn all about how to use QuickBooks in this event at the Westmoreland YWCA! Work with bank accounts and credit cards, enter and pay bills, and more. The event is 6-9pm. Registration required. More info.

Chunky Knit & Fabric Pumpkin Patch Set

Join the Wooden Loft Greensburg for this fall themed workshop! Come to make chunky knit and fabric pumpkins from 6-8pm. Classes are all instructor lead! Registration required. More info.

Drawing Dynamics with Joe Schildkamp

Improve your observational eye in week two of this class offered by the Greensburg Art Center. The class is from 4:30-6:30pm. Only 9 students are permitted per class, so register early! More info.

Intermediate Oil Painting with Doreen Currie

The Greensburg Art Center is also offering an oil painting class! The class is $80 and will run from 1-4pm. Only 9 students per class, so register early! More info.

Trivia Night at Yellow Bridge Brewing Co!

Come down to Yellow Bridge for their weekly trivia night! There will be 5 rounds of free bingo starting at 7pm. More info. 

Pumpkin Patch Mini Sessions

Lovely Day Events is hosting mini photography sessions in the pumpkin patch at Schramm Farms & Orchards in Jeanette! The $60 retainer fee includes one digital file and a 20-minute session! Registration required. More info.

Webinar Series Presents: Sustaining the Environment

Join in this online seminar to learn about what Westmoreland leaders are doing to keep waterways clean, protect natural resources, and more! The seminar is from 12:30-1:30pm. Registration required. More info.

Creative Thursdays for Kids

The Greensburg Art Center is hosting weekly art classes for kids 6-11 years old starting on the 15th! Classes are 5-6:30pm. This week, the class will focus on shading and highlighting! There is a limit of 8 kids per class, and it is $60 for 6 sessions. Registration required.  More info.

Water Media Style with Sue Pollins

Bill Young Acoustic at All Saints Brewing

Come down to All Saints Brewing Co. at 5pm for live music by Bill Young! He will be playing from 6:30-9pm. There will also be some delicious food available from 5-9m curtesy of Timburgh 412 Food Truck! More info.

Best Buddies Fundraiser

Helltown Taproom in Mount Pleasant is partnering with Best Buddies for this amazing fundraiser! There will be live music, food, cash prizes, gift baskets, and great beer! The event is 5-9pm. More info.

Tarot & Wine Night at Westmoreland Mall

Come down to the Greenhouse Winery in the Westmoreland Mall for a tarot card reading, wine tasting, and meal! The event is $25 and will be from 5-7pm. Registration required. More info.

The Wooden Loft Greensburg is hosting an open workshop from 6-9pm! Instructors will lead you through the whole DIY process and you’ll leave with a personalized piece! Registration required. More info.
