Nine times outta 10 we are all about some Zen….but in honor of Greensburg Craft Beer Week, we decided to get a little more “crafty” with some yelling yoga! Release tension and frustration quickly and effectively with the best brews from Sobel’s Obscure Brews while you’re being led by a yoga guru on engaging your throat chakra with shouting some 4-letter-word “affirmations.” As a special bonus, we will have live music (think, Rage Against the Machine). Claim your spot by paying online ASAP~
